U.N. delays vote on Syria ceasefire, as deadly missiles fall

The U.N. Security Council delayed a vote, Friday, on a demand for a 30-day ceasefire in Syria where pro-government warplanes have been pounding eastern Ghouta, reportedly killing over 460 people. Jillian Kitchener reports.
