The Basics: How to Roast a Chicken

Ingredients: 1 chicken Salt and pepper for seasoning Directions: Take the chicken out of the fridge, let it sit for an hour. Season the chicken with salt and pepper: front, back and cavity. Tie the legs and tuck the wings in the back. Let it sit for another 10-15 minutes. Roast it at 245 degrees Celsius for around an hour (check after 50-55 minutes).
