Taxpayers to pay more for NHS in 'fair and balanced way'

Theresa May MP has announced a £20.5 billion-a-year boost to the NHS budget in a keynote speech at the Royal Free Hospital in London. The Prime Minister said that taxpayers would have to contribute "a bit more" financially for the increased funding, and that this would be done in a "fair and balanced way"
