INGREDIENTS: • 455 grams pizza dough • 113 grams goat cheese • 3 tablespoons plain non-fat Greek yogurt • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded • 230 grams cut and blanched asparagus • 5 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and diced • Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper for sprinkling on top of the pizza DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 232 degrees Celsius. 2. Roll out the pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet or a pizza stone. 3. In a small bowl whisk together the softened goat cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. 4. Spread the goat cheese mixture evenly on top of the pizza dough. 5. Top the pizza with the blanched asparagus pieces, diced bacon, mozzarella cheese, and a sprinkle of kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper. 6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
