Statue of Liberty reopens amid shutdown

The Statue of Liberty will reopen on Monday as the U.S. government shutdown extends into the work week, after New York Governor Andrew Cuomo vowed to use state funds to keep the landmark monument in operation. Chris Dignam reports.
