Real Estate Agent Turns to 'Dougie' Spoof to Sell $45M Mansion

Could this be the most outrageous way to sell a $45 million mansion? Real estate agent Tim Smith took Cali Swag District’s song "Teach Me How to Dougie" and created a spoof called "Teach Me How to Duffy.” The Duffy is an electric boat popular in Newport Beach, California. The 14,000-square-foot mansion combines modern sleek luxury with beachside living.
