Napa Valley Spillway Turns Into Wall of Water Following Heavy Rainfall

A spillway stretching out from Lake Hennessey in California’s Napa Valley was overflowing on February 14 and 15 following heavy rain in the region.This footage, shot by a local deputy, shows the water splash churned up by the Conn Creek Dam spillway.
