M&M Biscuit Skillet with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients: 454 grams all purpose flour 5 grams baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 170 grams butter 170 grams granulated sugar 170 grams brown sugar 1 large egg 10 mL vanilla extract 225 grams chocolate chips 113 grams toffee bits 225 grams peanut M&Ms, plus more for top Instructions: In mixing bowl, cream the butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar very well. Add the egg and vanilla; using a whisk, cream everything together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the flour, salt, and baking soda, mix. Once fully incorporated, add the chocolate chips, toffee bits, and the M&Ms. Mix well. Transfer the mixture to a well-greased skillet and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees C. Let set for 10 minutes before slicing.
