Cressida Dick: Coronavirus pandemic poses 'huge challenge' for police

Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick says the coronavirus pandemic poses a "huge challenge" for police, but they have "robust plans" in place to tackle it. Boris Johnson announced tighter restrictions on movement on Monday night, warning people not to leave the house apart from for essential travel. Police have been given powers to impose unlimited fines, starting at £30, on people who disobey this instruction.
