Ingredients: 8 large eggs Salt Pepper 15 grams butter 1 tbsp chopped chives 1 tube crescent rolls 4 slices cooked bacon 2 cups shredded cheddar Recipe: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in a large skilled, and add the eggs and chives. Scramble. Lightly flour the surface you’ll be working on, and roll out the crescent rolls. Top them with strips of the cooked bacon, scrambled eggs and cheese. Tightly roll the crescent rolls and transfer onto a baking sheet. Bake them for about 14 minutes or until golden brown.
