An American cargo plane delivered humanitarian aid destined for Venezuela to Cúcuta, Colombia, on Friday, February 22, according to video streamed by a Venezuelan politician.The delivery arrived in Cúcuta amid confrontations between Venezuelan soldiers and humanitarian aid convoys at Tunel La Cabreba near Aragua and near Gran Saban at the Brazilian border.In Aragua, soldiers loyal to Nicolas Maduro attempted to block trucks from driving to the border with Colombia to receive aid, according to local media.Video posted by Venezuelan politician Lester Toledo shows an American cargo plane unloading at an airstrip in Cúcuta.
