This 9-year-old has one supportive father, who allows her to give him a tattoo. Noko Nishigaki has been tattooing since she was 6 years old. Aside from using her dad's skin, she practices her art on silicon and oranges. The Japanese-born artist recently moved to Amsterdam, where her father opened a tattoo parlor. Noko already has her own list of clients and designs her own tattoos, drawing on her love of birds and dreamcatchers.
