Welsh slate mining could join Unesco list

The slate mining landscape of north-west Wales has been nominated for Unesco World Heritage status. If successful, it would join the likes of the Grand Canyon, the Vatican and the Great Wall of China on the prestigious list. Interview with Culture Minister Helen Whately.
