Water levels rise again in Venice as state of emergency declared after flooding

Waters have been rising again in Venice, just three days after the Italian lagoon city experienced its worst flooding in more than 50 years. Mayor Luigi Brugnaro said he was forced to ask police to block off the famous St Mark's Square, which was already covered in knee-high water on Friday morning.
