The boat run by the CT Marine team was racing behind the red CMS boat when it closed in rapidly before a left hand turn. The CT Marine boat, rather than swerving, mounts the CMS boat and launches itself into the air, ending up on its roof in the water.

According to Super Boat International, nobody was injured in the incident, but video of the crash circulated on social media.
