And picture of the phenomenon went viral after the 25-year-old uploaded it to Facebook.
"Well, for anyone who's got Donald trump in their ear, it's going to be painful," said her aunt Jaine Pinchen, who runs doggy day care centre The Waggy Warehouse in South Shields.
"He's going to the vet's tomorrow to get it looked at."

President Donald Trump visited Japan this week
The 25-year-old said that unlike other people who have commented on the picture, it took her a while before she saw anything remarkable about it.
"I looked at the photo over 20 times zooming in and everything and never seen it at all. It took me showing his ear to my friend the next day, who saw it straight away," Jade said.
Jade said she's just pleased her two-year-old beagle is making people happy – and asked that people donate towards Chief's costly vet fees if they can.
Chief did not seem bothered in the slightest
"There's a lot of negativity on the internet and to me it's the little things that make me smile and it's nice to know Chief has made people smile – even if it's his ear," she said.
But this is not the first time the president's face has been spotted in unusual places.
To mark Halloween last week, pictures emerged of pumpkins that looked like Trump.
And in July, drug dealers produced ecstasy tablets that bore a resemblance to the 45th president of the United States.
The real Donald Trump has been busy in Japan where he is on the first leg of his marathon tour of East Asia.
