Updated:

Get ready for the ultimate luxury ski holiday - without the need to pay a hefty price tag!

The rustic La Grange au Merle by Clarian Chalets in the French Alps looks like somewhere only A-listers would stay with incredible amenities including its own cocktail bar, a steam room and even an outdoor hot tub.

However, it's the price that's caught holidaymakers' attention.

The self-catered chalet can hold up to 13 people (15 if you've got children in the group) and costs just £1500 to hire out entirely for the week on TripAdvisor Rentals.

That means that if your party reaches the maximum of 13 people, it works out at just £17 per person, per night - that's £119 each for an entire week's stay.

And this newly renovated farmhouse is definitely the rustic chalet of our dreams.

The interiors look like the epitome of cosiness; think fluffy blankets, huge sofas, wooden decor and even a roaring log fire in the lounge perfect for warming up by after a day of hitting the slopes.

Then there are all the A-lister worthy amenities from the cosy steam room to the private cocktail bar where you can truly unwind away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Then there's the outdoor hot tub. Sitting on a private terrace, the spacious tub looks perfect for keeping warm while taking in the fresh air and the spectacular views of the surrounding valley and mountains.

Oh, and did we mention that even though it's a self-catered chalet, if you want to celebrate something special (or simply can't be bothered to cook), you could even hire your own private chef for an extra fee?

Of course the cost doesn't include ski passes, food or flights, but for a week's worth of glamorous surroundings, it's a pretty great bargain for any ski holiday - let alone a luxury one!

The good news is that finding cheap flights shouldn't be too tough - the six-bedroom property is tucked away in the picturesque village of Châtel in France's popular Portes du Soleil ski region, just under two hours' drive from Geneva airport.

And with easyJet flights from the UK going direct to Geneva and costing as little as £22.49 each way , you could bag a bargain break without blowing your entire budget.

As for ski pass prices, an adult 6-day pass is €199 - that's approximately £175.

So for a week's pass, accommodation and flights, you could still be looking at under £350!
