Family dog found alive after California wildfires

Jack Weaver's mother had been forced to flee for safety from the ferocious fires that tore through California last week.

After the flames had died down she did not want to return to find the body of the family pet dog Izzy.

So Jack and his brother-in-law Patrick went looking through the California ruins for the dog.

And what they found was not the despair they expected, but sheer joy.
