A hero firefighter saved a four-year-old girl's life after she fell out of the back of a school busand onto a highway.
Ryan Ciampoli happened to be driving down Highway 65 in Harrison, Arkansas, USA, when the bus doors sprung open and the little girl fell to the ground.
Dramatic dashcam footage from his car shows him stop to pick her tiny body up from the floor while a woman dials 911.
She was unconscious as he carried her over and laid her down on a truck bed in a nearby car park.
As he got to work keeping her awake and checking her vitals, she began screaming: "Where's my mummy?'
The man, who works full time as a paramedic, told Fox News : "Then the shock kicked in in her little body and she started kicking and screaming and "where's my mummy?" and things like that, stuff like that is really heartbreaking."
It took about five minutes for paramedics to get to the scene and take her to hospital.
Her parents say she had a broken jaw and will need surgery, but is expected to make a full recovery and should be released from hospital in Monday.
They added they do not blame the bus driver for what happened.
