According to the BBC, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Road Policing Unit said she was reported for a dangerous load.

She was ordered to remove the high chair because she has a "limited view of the road".

The Telegraph reports that once the chair was removed, the lady was allowed to continue on with her journey in Peterborough.
