Woman killed chasing her dog on M4
A woman has died after chasing her dog into the middle of the M4 motorway near Cardiff on Friday.
The 66-year-old was hit by a Ford Transit van and was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to the BBC, the westbound carriageway was closed for five hours between junctions 29 and 32.
The woman's dog is believed to have run onto the road and was followed by the woman.
She had been driving a white Volkswagen Golf.
A police spokesman told The Sun: "It was a tragic accident – the dog ran onto the road followed by its owner.
"Her relatives are being supported by a family liaison officer."
The dog was also killed in the incident.
