With panoramic harbour and city views, Sydney's first major new-build five-star hotel in years is likely to be popular with locals and tourists alike. Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour will feature 590 rooms and suites, while adding a luxurious joie de vivre to the Harbour shore. Guests will be treated to contemporary cuisine against the towering backdrop of the city, lazy days at the infinity pool overlooking sparkling Darling Harbour, and stylish evenings in the Champagne Bar.
