Mum quits job to travel the world with seven-year-old daughter

When Evie Farrell lost a close friend to cancer she decided to set off to explore the world with her seven-year-old daughter, Emmie.

She quit her consulting job and used her kitchen renovation savings to fund their travels.

They left their home in Sydney, Australia in February 2016 and have been on their grand tour ever since.

Evie is homeschooling Emmie through a distance learning program and their travels alone seem to be quite the cultural learning experience.

So far the pair have explored 13 countries including China, the Philippines, Cambodia, France and more.
