A city in central China demolished 19 buildings at once with five tons of explosives.

The residential tower blocks in the city of Wuhan were destroyed in order to make room for new ones, reports Reuters.
The buildings were between seven and 12 storeys tall and totalled 150,000 square meters.
Following the demolition, vehicles patrolled the perimeter of the site, spraying water to reduce the amount of dust generated by the fall.
