Group of stags gathers in middle of housing estate

This brazen bunch of six stags wandered into the middle of a housing estate in Brentwood, Essex, and seemed unfazed by being out of their natural environment.

They spent 15 minutes walking up and down the street on Tuesday morning after coming from a nearby nature reserve.

Jennifer Russell, 41, captured the 'surreal' moment on video after waking up to take her daughter to school.

She said: "It was nice. I managed to get my little girl up to see it and a few other people were looking out their windows.

"It was really frosty so it was all Christmassy.

"We think it was a group of lads coming back from a stag party."
