Lorraine Kelly has been sharing her holiday pictures with her fans on Instagram.
The TV presenter, 56, looked fabulous as she went for a hike up the Rio Chillar in Spain.

She donned a strapless blue one-piece and a pink cap and sunnies to shield herself from the sun.
She uploaded the picture and wrote: "Great walk today at rio Chillar! #fun #fit #happy."
She's obviously been practising what she preaches. Earlier this year she helped her viewers get ready for swimsuit season with ITV Lorraine's Bikini Promise + One Campaign.
According to the Daily Mail, she said "This plan is all about feeling healthy, fit and happy. I'm in much better shape. But it's more than that: I feel better, I feel more healthy. It's taken me a long time but I finally feel I've arrived at my ideal body."
According to the Mirror, she added: "I've just turned 56 but I don't feel it. I was looking recently at pictures of me taken 20, 30 years ago and I honestly think I look better now than I did back then."
The Rio Chillar is located in Nerja in the Costa Del Sol.
Spain-holiday.com says: "A great family day out for anyone looking to get away from the beach is to walk up the Rio Chillar in Nerja. It is one of the few walks in the area that is possible during the height of the Andalusian summer.
"The route cuts through the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama Natural Park, offering plenty of shade, crystal clear river pools and guarantees a brilliant day out for the whole family."
