According to AP, the waterproof roses will light up each night against the backdrop of Hong Kong's iconic skyline.

Originating in South Korea, the Light Rose Garden is on a world tour and its next stop is Singapore. The installation in Hong Kong runs from 14 to 22 February.

Organizer Jung Yong Jin said: "I created this LED rose garden because I wanted families, friends and lovers to come out to parks at night.

"Because I watch a lot of Korean dramas, there are a lot of romantic scenes in them with something like this. So when I saw this, I was actually moved."
