Situated in the Madison Club, a plush golf course, Sly's stunning property is spread over 5,173 square-feet and includes half-an-acre of land.
The four-bedroom abode comes with four bathrooms and has a tropical swimming pool and spa.
Built in 2008, the property features Feng Shui furnishings, grand fires places and wood ceilings.
Stallone and wife, Jennifer Flavin, bought the estate in 2010 and previously listed it in 2012 for a higher price of $4.5m (£3.04m).
Josh Reef, listing agent from the Hurwitz James Company, said: "Buyers will be interested in the custom designed villa with impeccable finishes.
"Its location on the golf and Country Club provides an exquisite social lifestyle with relaxation and privacy.
"Not to mention incredible views across the golf course, desert and surrounding mountains. Luxury at its best."
