THIS COMPETITION HAS NOW CLOSED
We've teamed up with Drayton Manor Theme Park to give you the chance to win one of three family passes to visit the Staffordshire-based attraction during its 65th anniversary year.
The theme park is home to Europe's only Thomas Land, which has recently undergone a £2.5million expansion and is now bigger and better than ever.
Thomas & Friends™ enthusiasts will come face to face with new characters, such as Flynn the Fire Engine, who is equipped with on-board hoses so riders can help to put 'fires' out, and Captain's Sea Adventure, who has six rotating Captain lifeboat carriages complete with their own cannons to squirt water.
Thomas Land is now also home to the brand new two-storey Sodor Airport. In a traditional terminal style, it has a top level balcony for 'travellers' with not-to-be-missed views of the themed attraction. The area has five VIP rooms that are available for hire and are ideal for parties or large family groups looking to make their day out extra special this summer.
The ground level features a café for guests to relax and enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks and snacks before they depart for their Thomas Land adventure. Jeremy Jet's Flying Academy has also landed in its new location outside Sodor Airport, ready to take passengers on their flight over Sodor.
The park boasts some of the biggest and wettest rides around including the reverse shoot water ride Stormforce 10, guaranteed to give you a soaking. Not to mention Splash Canyon, which is sure to put a smile on the faces of the whole family.
There's also the Ben 10: Ultimate Mission rollercoaster and the 15-acre Zoo, which is home to over 100 species of animals from all around the world, including a pair of critically endangered Sumatran tigers. The 4D Cinema features special simulations that go along with this year's 4D film, Yogi Bear, to create an interactive experience for all.
Visitors travelling from further afield can enjoy a night at the four-star Drayton Manor Hotel, which has 150 bedrooms, including 15 Thomas & Friends™ themed family rooms. The hotel has two bars and restaurants and is located near to the theme park's on-site restaurant, The Grill Inn, which is open to non-visitors and visitors ensuring people are never stuck for a choice of fine food and drink.
