Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman ride jet skis on holiday in Barbados

Simon Cowell and his girlfriend Lauren Silverman raced jet skis for the third day in a row while on a winter sun holiday in Barbados.

The 55-year-old music mogul, who is no stranger to the Caribbean island, wisely left baby Eric on dry land as he visited the public beach outside the exclusive One Sandy Lane resort this week.

On Friday he was spotted walking on the beach with 37-year-old Lauren while holding Eric.

Simon also stopped to speak to fans before going jet-skiing off the popular holiday island.

The family were joined by Simon's old friend Sinitta, 51, who was seen walking along the beach holding hands with Lauren this week.

According to Best Daily, Simon has cancelled his annual cruise around Barbados due to Lauren's seasickness. The X Factor judge normally spends his winter holiday relaxing on the £500-a-week Slipstream yacht but has changed his plans.
