Video footage has emerged of a woman being run over at the Abbey Road crossing made world-famous by The Beatles.
A woman can be seen rushing towards the crossing and attempting to get to the other side, even though it is clear a car is oncoming.
She is then hit by the Volkswagen Golf and flies a few feet into the middle of the road, before a passer-by in a pink shirt can be seen running to her aid.
And while it looked the motorist just drove off, he actually pulled over around the corner to help, reports the Mirror.
The incident reportedly happened last year, but has only just been uploaded to YouTube.
A spokesman told the Liverpool Echo: "Our security team recognised it as an incident which occurred over a year ago. The motorist concerned did actually stop at the scene to offer assistance."
The album was recorded in 1969 at the London EMI studios in Abbey Road.
