Will.i.am has taken to Twitter to vent his frustration after missing a United Airlines flight from New York to China.
He arrived at the airport at 12.30 for a 1.15pm flight and found that his seat had been given away because he was too late.
He went online to share his grievances with his fans and started off by saying: "I'm flying to china and @united just gave my seats away...#wtf", before adding: Make sure when you fly to china via @united you get to the airport 1day before because they'll give your seats away
He then went on to quote other airlines he flies with which he has not experienced such an incident, writing: "I fly @BA @quantas @koreanAIR @singaporeAIR & they wait for premium passengers to arrive...they don't give away your seat like @united."

Lastly, alluding to an incident earlier this year when he was removed from a United Airline Global First Lounge, he wrote: "Plane leave at 1:15 I got to the airport at 12:30...@united is the worse...I should have learned from the last @united experience." United Airlines representatives advise travellers to arrive at the airport at least an hour before their scheduled departure time.
Back in May, Will also took to Twitter after the airport lounge incident, writing: "#unitedAIRLINES is the worse. Im a member & I have my card to prove it. but they tell me my card is fake & kick me out the lounge #ouch".
