Kerry Katona reportedly locked herself in a room at London's Hotel Verta after a fight with her fiancé George Kay just before their pre-wedding party.

Katona, 33, was to have a joint stag and hen do with Kay on Friday when they had the "huge" argument.

According to the Daily Mail, the couple left guests waiting on a luxury cruise along the River Thames.

Atomic Kitten band mate Liz McClarnon reportedly went to find out what happened but Kerry refused to leave her room at the Battersea hotel.

A source told the Daily Star: "The hen do was an absolute disaster.

"After the spa treatments Kerry and George had some sort of huge fight and she refused to come out of her hotel room. She was crying and was really upset.

"All the guests got on the boat and were waiting for ages wondering what was going on and where Kerry and George were. Then 45 minutes later they were told the party was being cancelled and to get off."

Kerry had been tweeting about her "sten do" over the past couple of weeks and recently wrote: "Not long till our #StenParty had to change a lot things around2day, it's been a ballache so excited having a good knees up #familyfriends xx".

Her wedding to former rugby player is scheduled for September.
