Beyonce posts holiday snap of Jay Z to quash break-up rumours

Beyonce has posted an idyllic holiday snap of her husband Jay Z and their daughter Blue in an attempt to stop rumours that her marriage is in trouble.

The Crazy In Love singer shared the photograph with fans on her Instagram account of husband Jay, 44, walking along a beautiful beach, holding their two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy in his arms.

Beyonce captioned the picture: "My favourite hue is Jay Z Blue".

Earlier this year a video tape was leaked of Beyonce's younger sister Solange Knowles lashing out at Jay Z in a lift at a New York hotel while Beyonce looked on, in the early hours of the morning after the Met Ball.

Since then they have been dogged by rumours that their relationship is on the rocks, but have both refused to comment and continue to tour together.

The most recent rumour alleged that Beyonce was looking for an apartment of her own in New York.

Beyonce and Jay Z - whose real name is Shawn Carter - are believed to have begun dating in 2002 when they collaborated on the track '03 Bonnie & Clyde.

Favourite holiday destinations for the couple include the Hamptons, where the couple own a home, St Tropez, Croatia and the Dominican Republic, where they took a break in April this year.
