Woman charged following 'sex act on plane' in Canada

A woman is facing a number of charges after allegedly taking part in a sex act during a flight from Toronto to Halifax in Canada.

The RCMP questioned two passengers aboard the flight after reports a 24-year-old woman and 38-year-od man engaged in a sexual activity during the Air Canada flight.

According to the Toronto Sun, as police had words with the two passengers after they landed at Halifax Stanfield International Airport, the woman became very agitated and verbally abused police before kicking an officer.

She was held overnight on Friday and released on Saturday morning, and is now facing charges of assaulting a police officer, causing a disturbance and mischief.

The man was released at the airport.

According to Nova News Now, police say the investigation into the incident is ongoing, and the RCMP anticipate the pair will face further charges.
