Only accessible by boat, air or walking, Knoydart House, on the Knoydart Peninsula in Scotland, plays host to visitors from all over the world all year round who are in search of something completely off the beaten track.

The luxury eco property, which sleeps 10, has been described as having 'the best hot tub in Scotland' with guests able to relax while enjoying breathtaking views over Loch Nevis.

The holiday home is so popular it is booked for the next two years, with owners Jackie and Ian Robertson currently taking bookings for 2015.

They are also in the process of building a second smaller property, Knoydart Hide, which is already getting bookings despite not opening until March.

The property is 18 miles from the nearest road in Inverie, and guests can arrive via a 20-minute boat ride across the loch.

The buildings are set in beautiful countryside and Knoydart House is just 50 metres away from the UK's most remote pub, The Old Forge.

Renting Knoydart House costs from £1400 off-season to £2500 at peak season . But you'll have to book quick if you want to stay there in the next decade!
