We're giving one lucky user the chance to win a family railway break in North Yorkshire.
Chris Vine, author of the Peter's Railway children's books and creator of this summer's the Great Railway Treasure Hunt, has teamed up with Best Western Hotels and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway to offer your family a fun-filled day out and an overnight stay at the BEST WESTERN Forest and Vale Hotel.
The Great Railway Treasure Hunt runs until 30 September and gets children and families spending quality time together exploring Britain's rich history of engineering. There are over 60 steam railways and museums throughout the UK taking part, with £1,000 in prizes to be won.
The North Yorkshire Moors Railway is the UK's most popular heritage railway with around 350,000 passengers a year travelling through the majestic North York Moors. Families can puzzle through the Treasure Hunt questions while enjoying a leisurely ride from Pickering to Whitby on a magnificently restored heritage steam or diesel engine.
The BEST WESTERN Forest and Vale Hotel is ideally placed in Pickering, a delightful market town on the edges of the stunning North York Moors and home to the NYMR Pickering station. Guests are placed in the enviable position of spending time in a secluded and breathtaking North Yorkshire beauty spot while having the best bits of Yorkshire within easy reach.
