Tom Daley is currently in Florida preparing for the USA Grand Prix in Fort Lauderdale.

But it hasn't been all work and no play for the diving star as he managed to take a break and hit the beach with his teammate Tonia Couch this week.

Tom, 18, was spotted showing off his washboard abs in a pair of stripy board shorts at the beach with Tonia, who also looked swimwear-perfect in a coral bikini.
