Ever seen a fogbow? You have now. These pictures capture a rare and beautiful phenomenon, caused by tiny droplets of mist that are too small to refract light, creating a white rainbow effect.

These images were taken in Cumbria... but apparently they have been appearing around the country, as the UK's current damp conditions are perfect.
