Watch: Acrobat survives 200m fall from tightrope, his pride doesn't

A Chinese acrobat attempted a daring tightrope walk in front a large group of tourists - but failed to pull it off.

He was so confident he could do it, he even attempted the feat walking backwards while blindfolded.

But he soon experienced problems, and landed on his bottom after a wobble.

He got back on his feet and made it a little further before tumbling off the tightrope completely. Fortunately for him, it was only his pride that was hurt...
