Ever been disappointed with the size of a hotel swimming pool? Clever wording and wide-angled lenses mean that sometimes a hotel's assets can be a tad exaggerated by brochures and websites. And yes, we know what it feels like to spend a holiday in a crowded postage-stamp sized pool.
So when we saw the images of this big blue monster, we just had to share. Believed to be the world's largest hotel swimming pool, it holds 66 million gallons of water and stretches right along the coastline at San Alfonso Del Mar Resort in Chile.
The salt water pool isn't just for swimming in. It's so huge that you can sail and windsurf on it too. And it also holds the Guinness World Record for being the world's deepest (it's 11ft deep in some parts). Oh, and it costs £3million a year to keep.
