Penguins on a plane! Delta passengers get surprise in the aisle

We've heard of snakes on a plane, but penguins is a new one on us...

According to news.com.au, the captain of a Delta flight from San Antonio to Atlanta announced the "surprise" to more than 300 passengers about the guest appearance, saying: "Is anyone here allergic to penguins?

"No? Alright, we have a surprise for you."

Delighted passengers then saw the two birds waddling down the aisle from first class. According to Yahoo, the pair, called Pete and Penny, were being flown to New York to star at the premiere of Frozen Planet, narrated by Alec Baldwin,which is set to be screened on the Discovery Channel.
