Budding photographers, listen up! Wild Photography Holidays has launched a new tour of southern India taking in 15 magical locations.

The new tour of Tamil Nadu and Kerala takes place over Christmas and New Year and includes visits to Mamallapuram's famous shore temples, Gingee Fort, Arunachala, a great spiritual power centre, Tiruvanamalai's superb street markets and the Chinese Fishing Nets at Cochin.

Guests are encouraged to develop their own style and put together a portfolio of images documenting their journey, and the trip suits all levels of photographer.

The 16-day holiday, which departs 21 December, costs £2,380 per person including half-board accommodation, photographic tutor, light-room tuition, guides and local transport.
