Can you tell what it is? Zoo mystified by 'unidentified' creature

Tourists in China are flocking to get a glimpse of a strange-looking animal which is keeping zoo staff guessing as to what kind of creature he is.

The weird but wonderful animal, with his dappled fur and prominent eyes, has yet to be identified by zookeepers, and was handed in by an anonymous man.

Staff at the Wenling, in eastern China, believe him to be some kind of monkey, but others have suggested his characteristics are more akin to a bush baby.

The zoo is monitoring his development, and are waiting to see if he grows into anything they can recognise but, in the meantime, answers on a postcard please...
