Inside the Camerons' £10,000 a week Tuscany holiday villa

David and Samantha Cameron are set to enjoy a luxury holiday in a £10,000 a week villa in Tuscany.

The Prime Minister and his family will jet off to the Italian hotspot this weekend - but, don't worry, the British taxpayer is not funding the upmarket getaway.

The Camerons will be joined at Villa Petrolo by two other families, and the old friends will split the bill, leaving David to pay £6,400.

A source from No 10 told The Sun: 'Prime Ministers need to rest like everyone else. The families found the villa on the internet, like lots of other people do.

'He is not getting it on a freebie like others used to.'

As well as a 12-metre pool, games room and tennis court, the villa - set in the middle of olive groves, vineyards, and oak woods - also boasts three private lakes where guests can go fishing.
