Will the train strike affect Eurostar?
The UK is set to be rocked by rail strikes in June as the beleaguered train network is frozen by workers who are demanding more pay and a guarantee there will be no more redundancies.
The strike is the biggest in a generation and threatens to knock the UK's rail infrastructure out of service for several days.
Unite and the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union (RMT) announced the strikes on Wednesday, with Aslef and Transport Salaried Staffs Association (TSSA) announcing further strikes on Thursday.
With thousands of Brits hoping to go on their summer holidays, the disruptions could impact their plans.
Will Eurostar journeys be affected by the strikes in June 2022?
Eurostar said on Twitter they did not believe they would be impacted by the strikes and their service would carry on as normal.
They said: "Hello, we are not expecting the UK National Rail strike to affect Eurostar train services."

This doesn't mean your journey to the Eurostar terminal will not be impacted if you're planning on travelling to them on a train.
Check your trains if you're planning to change at St. Pancras International, Ashford International and Ebbsfleet International.
When are the strikes?
So far strikes have been announced mostly for June 21, 23, 25 and 26 with smaller ones happening after.
This is being led by RMT and Unite, but other unions have announced similar action on that date.
More than 50,000 rail workers are expected to take part.
13 different train companies are expected to be impacted by the strikes, with London underground workers also staging a walkout.
The rail operators involved are:
Chiltern Railways
Cross Country Trains
Greater Anglia
LNER
East Midlands Railway
c2c
Great Western Railway
Northern Trains
Southeastern
South Western Railway
Transpennine Express
Avanti West Coast
West Midlands Trains
Hull Trains
It all adds up to around 80% of Britain’s rail services either cancelled or running reduced services.
On top of these, operators who aren't affected will be impacted because staff like signallers are also going on strike.
The dates coincide with Glastonbury, which could cause chaos for people forced to travel there by car.
