This week sees the welcome return of the BBC's Saturday night staple Strictly Come Dancing, plus Doc Martin is back on ITV and there's an intriguing London derby live on Sky Sports this Saturday lunchtime.
1. W1A - Monday at 10pm on BBC2
This brilliant faux-documentary following life at the Beeb is back for a third season. Having tried to rebrand the BBC by losing the letters B, B and C last series (see above) who knows what awful brand consultant Siobhan will attempt this year!
2. Doc Martin - Wednesday at 9pm on ITV1
Martin Clunes is back as Britain's favourite grumpy medic (unless you prefer House) helping the sick in the idyllic Cornish hamlet of Portwenn in Cornwall. After having therapy to save their marriage in the last series, Martin and Louisa face the challenge of living happily together with their baby James Henry.
3. West Ham v Tottenham Hotspur - Saturday at 11:30am on Sky Sports Football
After a shaky start to the season West Ham are hosting local rivals Spurs in a lunchtime kick-off at the London Stadium. Now his jinxed August is over Harry Kane is likely to fill his boots against West Ham's creaky defence.
If Sky Sports Football is not currently part of your TalkTalk TV package you can always add 10 extra sports channels for a month with the Sky Sports Boost. There's no long-term commitment and they're easy to add through your TV box.
4. Strictly Come Dancing - Saturday at 6pm on BBC1
Those sashaying celebs in their sequins and suits are back. Join Tess and Claudia as they introduce the contestants to their pro-dancer partners. This year's line-up includes Debbie McGee, Brian Conley and Ruth Langsford. But if the pre-launch photoshoot was anything to go by, Reverend Richard Coles is likely to be the star of the early weeks, dog-collar and all.
