Tour of Spain - weeknights at 7pm on ITV4

If you haven't watched the 'Vuelta' before this year's edition promises to be one of the best in decades. Richard Ayoade has proven a worthy heir to Richard O'Brien in the celebrity specials and now comes the regular series, beginning with the Watson family from Scotland. What's more, Ayoade isn't the only C4 favourite to appear - Jessica Hynes and Adam Buxton also pop up as the team ventures through the gameshow's different zones.
