Stacey Solomon shoots down Joe Swash split speculation

Stacey Solomon has rubbished speculation she has split from partner Joe Swash after she stopped posting to social media earlier this week due to "personal reasons".

The prolific Instagram user announced on Monday that she would pause posting but did not go into any further details on the personal matter.

However, after reports were published on fans' fears that the pair were no longer together, Solomon, 30, addressed the rumours on Wednesday evening.

Posting a photo of her hand intertwined with Swash's, the former X Factor star wrote: "'Personal reasons' isn't code for divorce (we aren't married but you know what I mean) it just means some things are happening in our lives personally at the moment. And some things aren't mine to share.

"We love you all and hope you're all ok. These are really strange, scary and emotional times and it's not easy for anyone."

Before wishing her followers goodnight, Solomon said she and Swash, 38, were left in stitches as they struggled to take the picture due to their "awkward" hands.

Solomon typically posts several times a day to her Instagram Stories, showing fans what she's up to during the day with Swash and her sons as well as cleaning and crafting videos.

She and Swash share son Rex, who turns 1 later this month, and live with Solomon's two sons from previous relationships, Zachary, 12, and Leighton, 8.

Dancing on Ice winner Swash also has son Harry, 12, from a previous relationship.

Solomon celebrated her partner of five years, who she nicknames 'Hoe', on Instagram last week as she shared a picture of Swash kissing her face.

She captioned the sweet snap: "When I met you I found me. I love being silly with you. My S Club loving, dishwasher shoving man. My love, my life, my Hoe. To the moon and back @realjoeswashy."
