Tenerife and Bologna dominate to set up Champions League final

Iberostar Tenerife will go for a second Basketball Champions League crown in three seasons against Segafredo Virtus Bologna after both dominated their Final Four clashes on Friday.

Spanish side Tenerife, champions of the inaugural season in 2016-17, outclassed Telenet Giants Antwerp 70-54 in front of a crowd of over 17,000 at the Sportpaleis Arena.

Nico Brussino set the tone with a huge early dunk and scored a game-high 17 points, including four of six from beyond the arc.

Javier Beiran and Pierre-Antoine Gillet contributed 14 and 11 points respectively for Tenerife against an Antwerp side who went cold on the night.

Bologna stifled Brose Bamberg in a comfortable 67-50 victory to punch their ticket to Sunday's final.

Kevin Punter finished with 21 points, the joint-best tally in a Final Four game, as Bologna led from start to finish.
